The very last event of Purlin’ J’s 2014 season is now upon us, and will take place on Saturday, December 6 at the Marysville Public School on Wolfe Island. (Important note: Starting Saturday the Wolfe Island ferry will dock at the Dawson Point winter terminal. See ferry information below.) Soon after, Lil Dorothy will hibernate for the winter once again.
In the meantime, Purlin’ J’s new online store is now available, featuring your favourite Mrs Crosby yarns. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any other yarn requirements. I offer free delivery* to addresses in Kingston!
The second season of the yarn truck has been immensely gratifying, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your support and enthusiasm! What a thrill to have Purlin’ J’s Roving Yarn Co. chosen as one of the Top Ten Most Remarkable Small Businesses in Canada by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Small Business! I’ll be spending the winter planning the 2015 season, so I will look forward to seeing you onboard as soon as the spring weather permits.
I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season, and all the best for 2015.
aka Purlin’ J
