Lil Dorothy is popping up at Anwyn this weekend!

14 May

Lil Dorothy is at Anwyn Studio once again! This weekend the yarn truck will be parked at 105 Mowat Avenue on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, 17/18 May (12 – 6pm Sat; 12 – 5pm Sun). Did you know Portsmouth Village is home to several talented artists and craftspeople? Why not stop in at Chasing Lightning Bugs studio, Epidemic 613, and of course Anwyn Studio while you’re there?

This weekend on the yarn truck you’ll find new sock yarn from Silver Cloud Alpacas from Elginburg, Ontario. Nancy hand-dyes the yarn created from her herd of 60+ animals. The sock yarn is a new quality this year; it’s a bit thicker and loftier but with less yardage.  Recently I drove Lil Dorothy to Silver Cloud for a few photos and I can’t wait for you to see them! Stay tuned!
